About Sefe

If you've ever thought, "I want to lead... but I don't feel ready, confident, or enough yet," you’re exactly who I work with.

Who I Am

I am Sefe, a researcher, curator and leadership coach. I help young women who feel the weight of potential but struggle with permission — permission to show up, to lead, and to carry others without losing themselves.

Many of the women I coach are the firsts in their families. First to dream differently. First to want more than survival. First to feel the pressure of becoming the “example.” With that pressure often comes fear: What if I fail? What if I’m exposed? What if I’m not strong enough to lead others?

I understand this terrain not as theory, but as lived experience. With almost a decade of experience guiding women through identity rediscovery and personal evolution, I have worked with students, early-career professionals, founders, and purpose-driven women across Africa who desire generational change but feel internally unprepared for leadership.

Leadership does not collapse because of lack of skill — it collapses because of fractured self-perception.

What i do

Researcher

I am a Researcher with expertise in epidemiology, and health systems strengthening across West Africa. My work focuses on translating research into practical solutions that improve health outcomes for underserved and mobile populations. I have contributed to multi-country research projects in West Africa, supporting disease surveillance, program implementation, and cross-thematic collaboration between researchers, policymakers, and community stakeholders. I bring a systems-thinking approach to public health bridging data, lived realities, and policy needs to strengthen impact at scale. Beyond research delivery, I support teams and organizations seeking to design context-responsive interventions grounded in local evidence.

Curator

I am a Content and Experience Curator specializing in identity, leadership, and personal evolution for young women. I curate high-impact conversations, programs, and learning experiences that help women navigate self-awareness, confidence, and purposeful living in real-world contexts. Through my work with The Propelled Life Company, I have curated retreats, coaching programs, and digital resources that bring together experts, research-backed insights, and lived experience to support women particularly those seeking clarity, healing, and leadership readiness. My curation approach is intentional; filtering noise, elevating what truly matters, and translating complex ideas into accessible, actionable frameworks. I am known for creating safe yet stretching spaces that foster reflection, growth, and meaningful connection. I collaborate with coaches, researchers, facilitators, and organizations seeking thoughtfully curated experiences that drive personal transformation and long-term impact.

Author

I am an Author and Thought Leader writing on identity, confidence, leadership, and personal evolution for women. My work explores how self-perception, healing, and intentional growth shape the kind of leaders women become in their families, careers, and communities. Through my books and reflective guides — including Mind Shield (for young children), Disburdening and Courage Code: How to Rise Up and Master Your Power for Leadership. I translate complex inner work into clear, actionable insights grounded in real-life experiences. My writing supports women navigating fear, transition, and the desire to create generational change without losing themselves.

My Approach

Inner Clarity Meets External Impact

My work sits at the intersection of inner clarity and external impact. I help women rebuild how they see themselves, strengthen self-trust, and develop the confidence required to lead with calm, conviction, and consistency. Not performative confidence or borrowed motivation — grounded, identity-anchored leadership.

Through my coaching, mentorship programs, and teachings, I offer:

Clear frameworks for identity and self-awareness

Practical tools for confidence and decision-making

Safe but stretching spaces for personal evolution

Support for women who want to lead without self-betrayal

This work matters because your growth is not only about you. When a woman heals her self-perception, she changes how she raises children, builds teams, serves communities, and shapes culture.

If you are ready to stop shrinking, stop waiting, and start leading from a place of clarity and inner alignment — you're in the right place. You are becoming for purpose and legacy.

You are becoming for purpose and legacy.
