About Sefe
If you've ever thought, "I want to lead... but I don't feel ready, confident, or enough yet," you’re exactly who I work with.
Who I Am
I am Sefe, a researcher, curator and leadership coach. I help young women who feel the weight of potential but struggle with permission — permission to show up, to lead, and to carry others without losing themselves.
Many of the women I coach are the firsts in their families. First to dream differently. First to want more than survival. First to feel the pressure of becoming the “example.” With that pressure often comes fear: What if I fail? What if I’m exposed? What if I’m not strong enough to lead others?
I understand this terrain not as theory, but as lived experience. With almost a decade of experience guiding women through identity rediscovery and personal evolution, I have worked with students, early-career professionals, founders, and purpose-driven women across Africa who desire generational change but feel internally unprepared for leadership.
Leadership does not collapse because of lack of skill — it collapses because of fractured self-perception.

My Approach
Inner Clarity Meets External Impact
My work sits at the intersection of inner clarity and external impact. I help women rebuild how they see themselves, strengthen self-trust, and develop the confidence required to lead with calm, conviction, and consistency. Not performative confidence or borrowed motivation — grounded, identity-anchored leadership.
Through my coaching, mentorship programs, and teachings, I offer:
This work matters because your growth is not only about you. When a woman heals her self-perception, she changes how she raises children, builds teams, serves communities, and shapes culture.
If you are ready to stop shrinking, stop waiting, and start leading from a place of clarity and inner alignment — you're in the right place. You are becoming for purpose and legacy.
You are becoming for purpose and legacy.
When a woman heals her self-perception, she changes how she raises children, builds teams, serves communities, and shapes culture. If you are ready, you are welcome here.
